Affiliation with Welink Associates

D-Net is one of the members of WELINK Associates which is an informal organization and has 6 member associate companies/organizations, each of which is autonomous but homed under one umbrella. Each company/organization has access to another firm for logistic, human and financial resources, which enable them to perform the assigned tasks with high quality and on time delivery of services. Each organization has also access to another company for obtaining its specific expertise.

The Welink Associates is governed by a Board of Directors representing from each associate member organization. The day to day management and administration is handled by an Executive Officer who is nominated by the Board of Directors among one of the associate members on a rotation basis. Welink Consultants (P) Ltd. (WELINK)

Legally registered in 1989 with the Department of Industries, GoN, the company offers technical consulting services for a multitude of developmental activities such as Planning, Project Management, Socio-economic studies, and Feasibility studies, Survey, Mapping, Applied Research and Civil Engineering Software Development. Managed by a group of young, dynamic and dedicated engineers, WELINK is capable of bringing together diverse talents and technologies, planning, co-ordination and guiding their efforts to achieve a smooth on-schedule performance. It is the lead firm of the Welink Associates and offers the overall coordination of all the associate member companies. 

Genesis Consultancy (P) Ltd. [GENESIS]

With sole objective of promoting Geographic Information System in the country, Genesis Consultancy (P) has been promoted by WELINK and Auto Carto Consult (P) Ltd. The company has been involved in preparation of GIS database, digital terrain models, ortho-photo, and satellite imagery processing.

Softwel (P) Ltd [SOFTWEL]

SOFTWELoffers technical consulting services for the development of engineering software. SOFTWEL is a full-time, well-organized and well-structured company, which is capable of and resourceful in handling specialized engineering software in most comprehensive manner. SOFTWEL is committed to fulfilling all-round requirements of its client with a guarantee of satisfaction.

Consortium of Structural Engineers (P) Ltd. [CSE]

The Company has been established by WELINK in joint venture with MULTI Disciplinary Consultants (P) Ltd, one of the leading consultants of the country. The company is dedicated for the analysis, design and construction of RCC, steel and timber structures. Training to the engineers, technicians regarding design and construction of structures is also important job of the company.

Community Development Forum (CODEF)

It is a national NGO affiliated with Social Welfare Council and provides services on research, implementation and pol9cy advocacy of water supply and sanitation, hygiene, school sanitation and hygiene education, innovative projects such as total sanitation, ecological sanitation, waste management, etc.
